They size small.
I love the cotton hipsters, so I bought the merinos in the same size (M), washed them cold by hand before trying on (because I'm an idiot and wanted tonwear them), but they were too small.

Nice material and good quality. However, more like a regular panty in the model, with a little too high a cut at the back to be optimal for training in my opinion. Slides up and the feeling that it goes in the buttocks.
