Returns & exchanges
You can easily return your product online via our digital return checkout. You will receive a Royal Mail QR code by email after reporting the return online. Scan the QR code at a Royal Mail Parcelshop to print the return label.

Please do not use the return to retailers service by Royal Mail to register your return.
Provided that the return or exchange is approved, we will normally process a refund or the desired exchange within 14 days, calculated from the day you sent back your product.
Please note that the parcel is first delivered to an Asendia return hub in the UK, before it's sent back to our warehouse in Germany. Asendia will mark the return as "processed" but the return is registered after it has arrived at our warehouse a few days later.
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, calculated from the day you receive your order. Read more on how you return, exchange, or make a product claim.
You can change the size of your item when reporting the return on our digital return checkout. Choose one of these two return reasons: ‘Product too small’ or ‘Product too big’. Keep in mind that the fastest and easiest way to exchange a product is simply to return it and place a new order!

If you want to make a product claim, you’ll first need to take an image of the part of the product that you believe to be defective and contact our customer service. If your claim is approved, register your return on our digital return checkout.

Items in each individual delivery have to be returned in separate return packages. If you have received a split order - in other words, if an order has been divided into two deliveries - these also need to be returned separately.
There will be no adjustment on your payment when making an exchange. If you chose to pay by invoice, or have already paid for your order, that's the payment that applies.
Returning goods is free of charge as long as you register your return in our digital return checkout. A QR code will be generated and sent to your email address. Simply scan the QR code at a Royal Parcelshop, and they will print out the label for you.

Delivery
A link for tracing your order can be found in the delivery confirmation, either by e-mail or text message. You can also find a link for tracing your package on My pages. Psst! It may take up to two days for the tracing to be updated by the carrier once the package has been sent from our warehouse!

The delivery time above is shown as business days, i.e., weekends and holidays are excluded. The delivery time is calculated from that of the order being packed and ready to leave our warehouse. At the checkout, you’ll find more precise delivery times by looking at each delivery method’s shipping time in the description. Have a look and choose the method that fits you the best!
If you discover that your product has been damaged during shipping, please take distinct photos of the damages and send them to our customer service within two days of receiving the package, and we’ll help you from there!
If you do not collect your package on time, it will be returned to us, in which case we'll need to charge a handling fee. To avoid being charged a handling fee, we recommend you collect your package, even though you wish to return it later. You can easily return your product online via Asendia once you’ve picked it up.
You can see the different delivery options available to you at the checkout when you’re ready to finalise your purchase. If you only see one delivery option at the checkout, it means that only this particular parcel service is available in the area where you live. Psst... Remember that we always offer at least one free delivery option when you shop for over £75!
Unfortunately, you can't change the delivery address or the chosen delivery method once the order has been placed.
Before your order is sent for packing you can choose to cancel it via My pages. However, once the order is locked in our system, it, unfortunately, can’t be canceled any longer.
Ordering
Our products are primarily sold online, where you can find our full range. However, if you happen to be near Stockholm (Sweden), you are more than welcome to visit our outlet store in Barkarby or our Brand Store on Kungsgatan in central Stockholm.
No, but we do offer a "notify me"-function on the product page! Simply add your email address and which size you are interested in, and we'll let you know as soon as it's back in stock!
After a successfully finalised order, we always send out an order confirmation e-mail. If you can’t see it in your inbox or the spam mail within three hours of placing your order, feel free to contact our customer service, and we’ll help you! As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a delivery confirmation e-mail.
You can also see and follow your order on My pages. Via your personal account, you can easily track your order and see your previous order history.

Anyone over the age of 18 can shop at RevolutionRace.
Unfortunately, you can't make any changes to your order, like changing the chosen size or delivery address, once it's been finalised.
However, you can cancel the order via My pages if it’s done before the order has been sent for packing in our warehouse (usually within 60 min). Once the order is locked in our system, you must wait for it to arrive, return it, and place a new order.

No, we only sell to individuals at the moment, and therefore don’t offer business purchases. If you need proof of payment concerning your purchase, head over to My pages.
If you haven’t chosen to cancel your order via the link in the order confirmation or via My pages, then it has likely happened due to the fact that the product is sold out. If you’ve already made a payment, the reservation on your bank account will be terminated within 2-5 business days. We’re genuinely sorry about this, and we hope you can find something else on our webshop that might suit your needs!

No, unfortunately you can't change payment method after placing your order.

Discounts
You submit your discount code at the checkout, and the discount will be applied automatically once you click "Apply". Please note that you can’t combine several discount codes, price reductions, or deals unless otherwise stated.
The discount on your original order remains unchanged. Once you place the new order, you will receive the same discount as long as it is for the same product, colour, and only a different size. If the product is no longer discounted, please contact our customer service team.
No, unfortunately not. Price reductions are always time-limited, and the current price shown in the webshop is the price that applies to your order. Check out our current discounts! Psst! Sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on upcoming deals and special offers!
A welcome email with your discount code will be sent to your email address once you have registered. If you cannot find the email, it may have ended up in the spam inbox. Can’t find it there either? Contact us, and we’ll help you!
Reduced prices and discounts are always highlighted in red, both at the checkout as well as in the order confirmation email.
When returning a product that is part of a set price, you will need to pay the difference since the discount only is applicable to the entire set. If you would return the entire set you will receive a full refund.
Product & material
Our trousers are made to take the shape of the individual wearing them, and the more you wear them, the better the fit will adjust to your body. Because of this, wearing a new pair versus an older pair of trousers can be experienced differently.
Different colour baths and coating applications can make the material feel different even though the composition is the same, which can also affect the fit of the trousers.
In our assortment, we have many recurring products, and we make updates along the way to improve them. We may therefore have updated the fit or adjusted a measurement between two seasons.
Beyond everything mentioned above, we work within a tolerance range to determine if a product meets a specified standard. This means that the measurement of a pair of trousers at the bottom of the range, as well as a pair of trousers at the top of the range, may differ in look and feel, sometimes to the extent of being noticeable.
The Rescue series is optimized to withstand extreme conditions in alpine environments. Many of the garments in the Rescue series have extra reinforcements, and all Rescue garments have an integrated RECCO® reflector. It’s used to make it easier for mountain rescuers to find you if you come across an avalanche, injure yourself in the forest, or get lost in the mountains.
The rescue personnel uses a RECCO® detector to scan search areas. When the radar signal from the detector hits a reflector, the signal bounces back and indicates where the missing person is. Pretty cool, right? Like, who doesn’t want an integrated RECCO® reflector in their garment? Thought so!
Hypershell® is RevolutionRace's own brand, a collective term for all materials that we have developed ourselves. What then distinguishes the materials is the concept that comes afterwards. We have different concepts on different materials that all receive unique properties.

- Hypershell® SS: Water-repellent softshell.
- Hypershell® Pro Stetch: A durable, super stetchy fabric.
Hypershell® membrane
Hypershell® membranes are available in three different levels: Core, Performance and Pro. We have equipped each RevolutionRace garment with a premium Hypershell® membrane to suit the garment's intended use, optimized for different activities and weather.
- Hypershell® Core 5 000 - 10 000 mm
- Hypershell® Performance 10 000 - 15 000 mm
- Hypershell® Pro 15 000 - 30 000 mm
N.B. To consider a garment fully waterproof, it should have a waterproof membrane, fully taped seams, and water-resistant zippers. Learn more about waterproof clothing in our guide.

Other ways to get in touch
Due to a high workload in our warehouses, return processing is currently taking longer than usual. The average processing time is 14 days, and you will receive a confirmation once your return has been reviewed.
Please note that when a parcel is marked as delivered by Asendia, this means it has arrived at a terminal. From there, it still needs to be transferred to our warehouse and processed by our warehouse team, which typically takes an additional 5 working days.
