What happens after you've received your order is just as important to us as before it's completed. Look here for information on how to return, exchange, or make a product complaint. And of course, we always offer free shipping on purchases over £75 and 30 days of free returns!
Register your return via our digital return checkout. Once there, log in with your e-mail and RRD number to register your case. The RRD number is found in your shipping confirmation email and on the return note included in the package you received. Don’t forget to fill out the reason why you want to return the product, using one of the codes.
If you wish to exchange a product, simply make a return of the item you want to exchange and place a new order. This is the most efficient way of making an exchange and you will receive your new item faster.
Before you make a product claim, you will need to take an image of the part of the product that you believe to be defective. You need to e-mail this picture to our customer service, along with an explanation of what happened. And then, see below for how to move on, depending on the carrier.
If your claim is approved, fill out the digital return form and make sure to choose the correct return code for defective products.

Place the product you wish to return in a bag. Print and attach your return label directly or have the parcelshop scan your QR-code. Please note that you can't scan an EVRi QR code and/or print the EVRi label at an InPost locker. If you’re using the bag that the product came in, place the return label over the original shipping label.
Hand your package over to your closest Evri-carrier, and make sure you keep a receipt or confirmation of the drop-off. N.B. The service for your return isn't necessarily the same as when the package was delivered, so make sure you check your return label thoroughly.
Please note that your return will be marked as "processed" within a few days after drop-off. This indicates that your parcel has arrived at the Asendia hub but has not yet been processed by us. You will receive a refund confirmation from us once your parcel has reached our warehouse and your return is registered. Handling time is approximately 14 days.
