What happens after you receive your order is as important to us as before it’s finalized. See here for information on how to make a return, an exchange, or a product claim. And of course, we always offer free shipping and 30 days of free returns when you make your purchase!
Fill out the return form that was enclosed with your order. Don’t forget to fill out the reason why you want to return the product, using one of the codes. Please attach the filled commercial invoices to the parcel. Now your return is ready to be dropped off at one of the UPS Access Points.
Register your return via our digital return checkout. Once there, log in with your e-mail and RRD number to register your case. Don’t forget to fill out the reason why you want to return the product, using one of the codes.
If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to fill out the correct return code for exchanges on the UPS return label, and note the color and size of the product that you want in exchange.
If you wish to exchange a product, simply make a return of the item you want to exchange and place a new order. This is the most efficient way of making an exchange and you will receive your new item faster.
Before you make a product claim, you will need to take an image of the part of the product that you believe to be defective. You need to e-mail this picture to our customer service, along with an explanation of what happened. And then, see below for how to move on, depending on the carrier.

Place the product you wish to return in a bag and place the return label onto the package. Print out your return label or scan the QR code at the carrier. If you’re using the bag that the product came in, place the return label over the original shipping label.
Hand your package over to your closest Evri-carrier, and make sure you keep a receipt or confirmation of the drop-off. N.B. The postal service for your return isn't necessarily the same as when the package was delivered, so make sure you check your return label thoroughly.
Handling time is approximately 14 days. Depending on the type of payment chosen during your purchase, the handling time may vary.
Note: A commercial invoice is required for packages being returned from the UK with UPS, and must be handed over to the carrier along with your return parcel; three copies can be found among the return documents that were included in the parcel you received. If that is not the case, please contact our customer service team.
Fill in the total amount of the return (i.e., all amounts from the price column added) on the commercial invoice; make sure to sign the document and cross out the items that are not being returned.
Two (2) invoice copies should be placed inside a clear invoice pouch or in a plastic sleeve if you have one of those and attached to the outside of the package. Hand over one copy of the commercial invoice to the UPS Access Point or the UPS driver.
