The Bouncer Highwaist Jeans are a pair of highly stretchy outdoor jeans with the look of your favourite ordinary jeans but with the classic features of hard-wearing outdoor trousers. They are made in a stretchy Hypershell® Denim and have been treated with PFC-free DWR finish to protect against light rain. The high waist and snug design make Bouncer exceptionally comfortable and well-fitted. Two hand pockets, two zippered thigh pockets, and two back pockets keep your personal belongings safe when you’re on the move. With a seamless inner leg design, you can say goodbye to uncomfortable chafing during longer walks or horseback riding. I have two pairs of these. Things I like: they look nice, comfortable, great pockets, nice waist, don’t attract hair/easy to wipe off mud and dog drool.
Cons: genuinely runs at least 2 sizes small. According to the guide, a M should be my size. After reading reviews I ordered a L. They do fit but on the right size. I could have sized up I guess, but even a L is too long so an XL would have been silly.
In addition to this, they aren’t very water resistant- a shower will soak through.

Amazing hiking jeans
These are amazing. Super comfortable. Stretch material means they are easy to move in. Windproof which kept me warm at the top of Pen Y Fan on a mega windy day. Love them.

Bought these after trying Norwand XS trousers, which are slightly big and way too long. These were a better length for a shortie, but surprisingly small. They looked ok on, but felt too tight for me. A size S may have been better, but I much prefer to try things on before buying, so I just sent them back.

Comfy and thick
Love these. Personally I think when I've dropped a few pounds they will feel better and look more appealing, but do still work at this weight. Long in leg for a 5ft 1 person, but gather round ankle and still look ok. Thigh pocket easily takes my phone and I can't feel it whilst walking, so good position. These are so warm and heavy, I couldn't think of them as suitable for the British summer - autumn and spring definitely.

High waist 'jeans'
Not sure why these are called jeans as not denim. I wasn't looking for denim so not a problem it could be confusing. Appear to be good quality but very tight on the leg, leg pockets zips would be smarter if zipped up the other way, and hip pockets are shaped so that heavy items like keys end up in your crotch!
