The Trailknit is a waterproof hiking shoe perfect for a variety of outdoor activities. The waterproof Hypershell®, together with a flexible trail running outsole, provides incredible comfort. The Trailknit is ideal for day hikes on trails and in mountains all year round. Reinforced toe, heel, and sides offer increased durability, and a generous toe box for swollen toes makes for comfortable long walks.

All shoes are delivered with an extra Trimfit™insole included for a tighter fit and extra cushioning. To be placed beneath the original sole.

I am delighted with my new RR hiking shoes. They are lightweight and super comfortable. They have a generous toe box which really suits my slightly wider feet. No breaking in required and they have great grip on hilly terrain.

Ideal for me
I haven't used these on the trails yet as I use them as my 'good' shoes, but I have found them to be very comfortable, grippy, and waterproof. I'm very happy with them, and the sizing is perfect for my quite wide feet.

Disappointed
The shoes are uncomfortably tight. The grip is very poor. They slide on autumn moss and cant even take a step on mild ice. Not good on a wet surface. I always speak highly of the RR products, but this shoes unfortunately are a waste of money for me.
