Fabulous hoodie and such a good colour but sent it back to change for the Large which is a better size, still comes up quite big

Not a bad hoodie but massively oversized and a bit over priced for the quality. I asked for an exchange and they sent back the same size so now i have to send it off again. I have had no replies to my emails or messages on social media and am very unsatified with the lack of service. I will most likely get stuck with the product at this rate so can safely say i will no longer be purchasing from here again as i cant see them ever replying or trying to help me sort my order out
